To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.
Proof of purchase may be required.
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your defective or damaged product.
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will share the return shipping address with you.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, and documentation received with the product.
You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement request.
If approved, a refund or replacement will be processed. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
If a replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to order a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
